Welcome to GrassLovers.com. By using our website or scheduling lawn care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

GrassLovers.com provides lawn care and related yard maintenance services to residential properties in select areas. Services include mowing, edging, blowing, and optional add-ons. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service based on property condition, safety concerns, or payment issues.

You are responsible for ensuring access to your lawn on the day of service. This includes removing pets, unlocking gates, and clearing obstacles. Missed appointments due to access issues may still be charged.

Prices are based on lot size, service type, and frequency. All pricing is subject to change with notice. Payment is due at the time of service or in advance, depending on your selected plan.

To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are only offered in cases of error or service failure. Recurring services may be canceled at any time with no penalties.

We monitor weather conditions daily. If we must delay or reschedule due to rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll notify you and complete service as soon as possible.

While we do our best to be careful, accidents may happen. Please report any damage within 48 hours of service. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems, wires, or objects hidden in grass.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm the site or its users. All content, logos, and media are property of GrassLovers.com and may not be copied without permission.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
